While I was lost in my head, Caitlin stepped out of the car. .. Well, not stepped. More like popped.. or hopped.. or something. It took me back.

Caitlin's beautiful.

Not like the, ' oh god, I want to bang her ' beautiful.. or the Monalisa beauty either. It's like something that meets between. She's got the biggest, curviest most beautiful pair of eyes that I've ever seen. They're almost green, but not completly, with a hint of mahogony in it, so it comes off looking like.. like.. a dark ornage, light copper type deal. !! VERT! that's the word I'm looking for.. II had to lean against the car for support.. I don't think anyone noticed because her mom and my mom were talking..

I wrote that more than four years ago. It had been a few years since we both moved ( her to Liberty, me to Arlington. ) and she came to visit me. I decided to post this up here because of the Elvia situation. They've got the same eye color.

I think that may be the reason Elvia makes me nervous. It's them vert colored eyes that gets me all flustered. Don't get me wrong, no one will ever compare to Caitlin, and I doubt I'll ever love anyone as purely as I loved her, and for the most part, I'm okay with that.

The english language is my favorite art form. Normally, I'm able to express myself adequately, even eloquently if I'm well versed in the topic of discussion. Being flustered... stuttering, pacing, getting nervous just isn't my thing, even when it comes to meeting someone new, whether they're man or woman. Case in point, Essuvia:

I was walking to the bus stop after school one evening when I saw her sitting alone beneath a lightpost. I recognized her from a class and approached her and a conversation ensued. We rode the bus to the parking lot, and I ended up giving her a ride to her home and getting her phone number with minimal problems, as far as nerves go. We ended up talking for about two hours( my attraction to her dwindled in those two hours, by the way. She kept calling American's stupid and bashing the politics and going ona nd on about the zionist empirical government and baaaaah humbug! Can you blame me? )

Eh-knee-wei, asking Elvia for her number was a completly different beast once I looked her in the eye. We were conversing just fine until I looked into her eyes. Then I got nervous.
I remember asking her to see her phone and proceeded to punch in my number into her phone and saved it and gave it back to her to call me. When she did, I saved her number and all was well.

A wise, WISE, wise zanzabaric rock-studying woman who shall go on nameless gave me some words of wisdom when I was entering my freshmen year of college. She told me that I could choose two of the following three things when I get to college: a social life, sleep, or good grades. I chose the latter two, which is why, SILVERDOT, I asked her to go out on a study date this weekend. She told me to call her to set up the time and place, and I did.. and aaah! Now I'm tihnking the worse.

She didn't pick up. Worse case scenario, she didn't pick up the phone because she was watching CSI. If that's the case, then theres no hope for us. I'd never date a fan of CSI. I'd rather be forced to give up being the green power ranger than have to deal with someone who is either

A) a mac owner('cept for you.)
or B) a CSI fan

Does CSI Miami count? j/p

I'm glad she called you... because otherwise, what would you have done? You might have never had the opportunity to be made nervous by those vert eyes again!

There's nothing wrong with watching or liking CSI! What's wrong with going out with someone who likes CSI? Oh come on Jon.. And hope your study date goes well.

...>.>
*clap* How dare you use my name, HOW DARE YOU?!

Ah, don't think the worst. Not everyone pickes up on the first ring, y'know. She could have been out with her girlfriends, put her phone on silent/vibrate, in the shower...a lot of things. ^-^ Don't give up yet, human.

don't think the worse, though I know how hard it is not to. I hope that either she calls you or she answers next time you call her. and I'm neither a mac owner nor a CSI fan ... =]

HEY! I like CSI. It's better than stupid LAW AND ORDER. kk, not so much SVU and CI. I'm thinking about getting a MAC as well. Or at least their keyboard.

What's wrong with a Mac?
I can't decide what I'm going to go for, as far as grades/sleep/social life. I need all three pretty badly.
